All sales are considered final once payment has been processed. We do not offer refunds or cancellations except in cases where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before purchasing.
2. Returns and Exchanges (EU 14-Day Policy)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return under this policy:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and protective wrapping).
The request must be submitted to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
You must return the item at your own expense using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process an exchange or partial refund, depending on the item’s condition.
Important: If the product shows any signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
Gift cards or digital downloads.
Personalized, made-to-order, or custom items.
Hygiene or personal care products (e.g., diffusers, lamps with essential oils, or similar products once opened).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
Note: Minor variations in color, texture, or brightness may occur due to lighting or display differences and are not considered defects.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipment. Therefore, order cancellations are generally not possible.
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we may attempt to cancel it before it ships — however, we cannot guarantee this. After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees, insurance, and customs duties are non-refundable.
If your order was subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
7. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking information confirms that your order was delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
8. Exchanges Instead of Refunds
In most cases, we offer product exchanges or store credit instead of cash refunds.
